So Where is a Good Place to Lodge at LOTO???
Plan on pulling the 42 down to the Shootout.
Any suggestions for a place to stay?
I'd like to make it as easy as possible to be able to launch
and have a covered slip.
I've been to LOTO before and stayed at Southwood Shores at mm12
when I had the 35 footer.
Was able to launch at Anchore Marine but don't know if it is possible
with the bigger boat.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis

I thought Lazy Days was really nice; but I have only been to LOTO once. The covered slips are only about 28 feet long, but good enough that you can back your cockpit under the canopy.
PB2 is only a couple miles away by land, and a nice place to launch; less having nearly no docks; but I guess that is a midwest thing.

We've been staying at Ledges the last couple of years. The blue moon is right next door and they have a ramp. Kelly's port is on the other side of the hill and have excellent service. Never got to check out their ramp though.

Not sure I'd want to launch a 42 at Blue Moon though.... not a lot or room to turn into the ramp.
I like The Ledges though. Front and center for all the Shootout action. Can actually watch the finish line from the point pool if you want!!

I'll just add insult to injury on this one.
What about OutlawCowGirl and BankerRon? Can't get much rougher than that crew.

We always stay at Lake Chateau. It is decent, right at the bridge, nice docks, and <$100 a night.
