Default 8 Turbo's on 1 Motor??

This would be insane on a boat How about 8 turbos on a 500hp motor .Think of the water cooled header system it would take Ck out the site and there is some vid clips . These are some high dollar cars.Look at the build up on the chassis vett drive train . How much money do you think it took to build it??I bet 150k plus

Do they think there is an advantage to 8 turbos, or is this one of those "lets see if we can do it" things???

You wouldn't think the engine could provide enough exhaust flow to drive eight turbos.
Wonder how much turbo lag it has.

I wouldn't want 1 turbo in a boat, never mind 8!

Bugatti put a quad turbo in their EB 110. Pretty reliable (the engine was anyways) and a ton of hp, 580 i think. I dont think more then that is practical. Looks pretty cool though.

there used to be a monster truck called "Big Dummy" that had a 8 turbo engine that ran on propane......made something like 1000hp.....it was impressive when i saw it at a truck show once....and they used it for the competitions too...
