I've seen 80mph many times on my 99 33avs, 502mpi's, 30p Bravo 1s, gps. The only upgrades are Hardin flame arresters and Gil Offshore Big Guns. Powerboat tested the 33avs with Volvo 600's at 92.3mph.

I think the powerboat test w-carb500"s was 84mph my uncle has 33avs 500efi motors gps 86 sea leval. was at bridge to bridge radar run last weekend in sacramento ca. fast v bottom was 43 avs 120 on three gps 116.6 radar lot of fast boats skater eliminator outerlimits ect.

My last boat was a 33 AVS w/ 500EFI's and extension boxes. Under ideal (low fuel, cool weather, etc) conditions with lab props, I hit 85 on GPS. Under normal operating conditions 82-83 on GPS. It was a great boat that I highly recommend!

You might be thinking about the 31' hull , not the AVS. A 31 ' with 502's will run 70-71

I've seen one with a Volvo set up (600hp ) speed was 92mph

I ran a 01 33 AVS with a friend of mine. We could get 92-93 out of it with the Volvo 600's and volvo duoprop drives. Tweeked the motors a lil bit at innovation, and put stellings dry exhaust on it, other than that it was stock.

82 83 with 500 hp carbed gps. mine now with 850hps and boxes is a little faster
