Re: So.... Do You Shower ?

I've had a Bravo fail, I doubt is was from heat failure, more like horsepower failure. I had a shower on the old drive and on the new one, at least it keeps the chaulk buildup off the drive and it looks cool.

Lost one of the simrek summits on my xr's, went 2 days without, can see chalky deposits on drive in less that 24 hours and it seems to be centered in areas where bearings are. first thing I did was ordered 2 new halos that are compatable with latham steering, spacers were a little long but bolted right up and with the new 90 degree tip I'm very happy. will never have another drive without them...Rob

Just seeing the chalk build up is enough for me to use the shower, Its got to be getting warm to be causing the chalk. Heat will eventaully take its toll on anything!!!

If you have the chalking effect on the caps that is lime deposits. You need a shower.

Custom built by TNT:

XR uppers, billeted custom TNT caps, IMCO sportmaster 1 inch shorties, IMCO innards with showers.

I was on a poker run this weekend. While watching some of the boats docking steam was rising off the drive caps with no showers. Imagine, those suckers are steaming while submersed? Wow, how hot is that?
