Good chance the stringers are bad as well if the transom is. Then the question is how far does the rot go? Does it extend in the stringers past the engine compartment to under the floor? That would be a pricey repair, being a liner boat and having to cut up the floor to get to the stringers. No way you could give a fair price without having it checked out.

The reserve is $20,000. I had a survey done and found the transom and stringers were rotted and need to be replaced. Thanks-Jay
