What is the difference in the Baja 208 Islander and the 212 Islander?

    Re: Baja Boats question

You may want to post this under the Baja owners section. I am not to familiar with the islander series.

    Re: Baja Boats question

The deadrise on the 208 islander is flat as a pancake - 17 degrees I think. It'll go faster than the 212 on calm water but it will beat you to death in the chop. My second boat was a 208 islander. It would do 73+ with a 454 mag but I sold it because the ride was so bad in the chop.
