Fever Mike,
Welcome back. I'm the guy who warned Cuda. I had a motor/ head issue in a 22 Scarab. Got tired of messing with it & just thought I would let a professional do the job of pulling the head. The boat came back running like a pig & dirty. Their mechanic told me I had the wrong prop on the boat....long story short...new carb & she ran great. I got the feeling that my boat was a waste of time to the mechanic's expertise as it was not 200k go fast. The work they did was kinda expensive & Mike was on vacation at the time. Maybe thats why I got *****ty treatment. I thought I would give them another chance when I started shopping for new CC. They were 20k more than the Concept dealer in New Jersey.
Later John

I don't want to start a debate about this and I hope everyone finds a good dealer/mechanic that they can depend on. I just wanted to make a comment. I have used Lightning Bay a number of times for service and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. They have always communicated with me and been very reasonable when it came to pricing. They are my first choice of place that I would take my boat if I needed service. (oh yeah, I definitely don't have a 200k boat)

I like a1amarine had no problem with Lightning Bay, I bought a 98 Baja h2x from them a couple of years ago, very clean boat, very fair price and it ran great plus he delivered it to Orlando to me(no deposit, just my word that I wanted it)and took him to the bank to pick up a cashiers check..Now before I bought my Formula about 4 months ago, I went down there to see what they had and the gentlemen(and I use that term quite loosely) could have given two s#*ts if I was there. I guess it just goes to show how time changes things.
