'74 36 Cigarette medical boat?

There is a 1974 36 Cigarette medical boat listed on ebay. I'd post a link but I'm not that computer savvy :D

Description reads that it was purchased by the state of washington and was a medical/ambulance vessell.

Is this some funky one-off rig?
