At your age you have nothing to worry about. It was only the adult beverages that were causing trouble.
But to answer your question I think you will find the lake about the same as always, except for the falls. I am afraid it is gone for ever.

I just got back from Cumberland. Saw only 1 WP boat all weekend and that was at party cove. We were staying at Conley. We tied up with a couple of houseboats and he could have nailed a few people on the boat but didn't. I've heard from several that the falls is still the "targeted enforcement" area.
