A few pics from Dick's. The first is Troutly. Tha's right he was really there. A long haul from Minnesotta.

Dicls's was packed. One cook. We left and went to Shooters.

1. Some happy campers pulled up along Chi-Town wanting to race. Right! :D What were they thinking or drinking.

2. Chi-Town's wife Debbie. In a high performance Cat cruising along at 70mph, feet up on dash, sleeping at LOTO!!!!

3. US pulling into Shooters.

Here we are cruising to LOTO at 12,000 feet @ about 170mph realizing that Bacardi and Callan's boats go faster than we are flying. :( :D

Pulled in from LOTO at 4 am this morning.
That drive sucks, no other word for it.

I was rather disappointed with the ONE run I got yesterday (huge wait time), but it won class anyway. 105 is not even close, but hey, it was the first time I ever ran in the shootout.
We'll be back next year with a better set up, and hopefully BOTH engines hitting on all eight.
If you haven't run in the shootout, do it!!!
It's a blast!
