That cant be true, That is soooo wrong. Someone from PRA must respond to this, Otherwise they are going to loose a **** load of participants. Bill shouldnt have been allowed to even draw cards

Its now official.
National is locked out of their facility in Ohio I just recieved a fax from the attorneys handling the judgement against them. National Marine is now in recievership.
Mr, Scanlon This letter is to inform you that, due to many competing claimsand other circumstances, The judge of the Commonpleas of Trubull County, Ohio has ordered the entire business premises of National Marine padlocked and that no personal property is to be removed, until it is so orderedby the application of a reciever, who was appointed on Thursday, September 2, 2004 by the court
The reciever will be in place early next week, and will advise you, as well as other boat owners that can be identified, what is mecessary to claim the possession of your boat or other property.
The position of the judge, again, was taken in order to ensure that interests of all people are properly recognized
No rumers, no bullpuckey, just plain ole facts. Looks like the end for them
Trumbell County Sheriffs are at the gate as I speak
