    You can never have too much horsepower or money...It's just hard to have both.

    Depends on the facility - some will let boats stay - some will make boats evacuate. The biggest risk is actually that too many boats leave their drain plugs in, the roof flies off (virtually a given in a hurricane) and all the boats fill up with rain water and collapse the entire structure.
