This is a little older than you're looking for, and it's not actually a boat specifically, but it doesn't have 'crazy' power and is quite reliable.

I'm going to need a lot of restraint. Mr. V the first weekend without it is comming up and it is going to be 80 degrees and sunny. This is going to be the first weekend without a boat in 6 years.

You going to the races Sunday? Can I hitch a ride........ I thought I would never say that....
