The 28 seats 4.
28 pantera

I'm only talking the rear seat. Otherwise that 24 seats 6.

If you are looking for cockpit room, buy a deck boat. If you want a fast boat that handles rough water like a sports car, buy a narrow beam boat with length. As far as stability, at 80 - 85 mph the Extreme's are a walk in the park. I would much rather have a narrow beam boat for an offshore performance boat. For a fish boat, I would not want anything under 8'. Dave

my excalibur is actually 6 foot and a couple inches. I wouldn't use the word stable, cause the boat really isn't instable just very sensitive to tab and wind and waves. It cuts waves more comfotably than a wider beam, but does list from side to side more.
Dave: boats runnin great, Finally got all the bugs out. I haven't been up to the islands as much this summer. Been doing alot of flats and cleveland boating.I'll be at kelleys saturday though.
Wellby: I gagree with you about the waves square is the only way cause if your quartering in big water at speed re-entry hurts.

I see a few comments about "as long as your headin into or following the waves" . Does the boat wakes form the side effect 7' beam more than an 8'? I'm kinda spoiled in that area with the cat's stability. I will be doing some good size lake chop also.

At speed they cut through waves great, while anchoring you'll need two anchors or you'll get sea sick.

Dave, are there other 29ft pleasure extremes out there?
Do you have any pictures?
The one in all white is very sweet!
Is it sitdown only? Any cabin?

Storm : The white one is the one and only out of the mold at this time. It is a sit down boat and is down getting an all white interior as we speak. Yes it has a small cabin with a porti-potti. Here's some pic's. If you need more, email me at [email protected] Thanks, Dave
