Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
Look at the position of the Tabs indicators on the dash.....no wonder why they had a problem in the Hudson River....

Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
waterspeed, no offense, but you comment is uncalled for.

Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
Sydwayz,
I simply made an observation....It is by no means an criticism of the owner. |
Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
I would think if it hard enough to do that to the boat, then it hard enough to move the tabs as well. I don't think the indicators indicate a thing.

Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
I don't trailer much but don't you put the trim up when you pull a boat :D

Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
What a shame. WetKitty and his crew are truly lucky.
Waterspeed, poking fun at this is pure bullsh*t. I'm amazed at people that look at pictures and second guess events. |
Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
I know what happened that day. A few others do too. I am NOT going to post it; however, I can tell you that trim tabs the size of a 24 Baja Hull; fully extended would not have helped. Comment still uncalled for.

Re: 36 Apache on Specialty Salvage
Does anyone know if the # 6 drives are dry sump drives? Also are the engines really 1500 HP?
