You may have seen this on the news. Ivan raised the river level so high that the floating docks came loose - boats still attached. This was in western PA... :eek:

a Friend of a Friend lost his boat lost a boat off Nettles Island during a hurricane and found it in Stuart had to buy it back from a looter I think I would have just called the cops and wait with my title!!
