Default 140 over the speed limit

Remember the thread about the guy that got a ticket for going 140 mph over the limit. Last night on Speed TV thaey talked about the case. He pled nut guilty, apparently, the bike (Honda RC51) was on the dyno 1 month earlier and then the very next day. The HP readings were the same both times, 188 HP at the rear wheel. The dyno shop can prove that it is impossible for the bike to go as fast as the cops claimed. The case will probably be drooped.

on that specific bike it has ram air...cant get a proper reading on a dyno and if the bike is chipped and piped and dialed in correctly...it can run that fast.

I was on a yamaha fzr 1000 coming back from the drags when I got clocked at around 60-65 in a 40 ... They pulled out , I twisted it !!! the one cop said it was 170 something as I disapered in 45 zone ..... It was a 4 lane highway ...... The stopped me 6 hours later on my way back . They couldn't prove it ,but they were PIIIIIIIIIIISTED ! about an hour and a half of good cop bad cop , they let me go , sort of ....

They gave me a ticket for : No exhaust , lights out , no tread on tire, to papers, improper mounting of something ( my racing numbers ) , and a ticket for running 4 red lights !!! All of the tickets were made up ! Nothing was wrong . And I did not run a light (at that time) . He says , " Oh yeah , well all (about 40 ) of us were standing there and saw you do it " ... They let me go on my way . Next day I made a few calls and they dropped the red light deal ...

They said they knew it was me (in the first chase) because I had a blue bike and a black leather jacket ...... Imagine that , the only bike with a guy in a black jacket !!

Oh well , I haven't been on it in about 8 years now . Probably a good thing . I used to out just to tease and run from our locals . I did it ALL THE TIME ! I got past that now , I work too much !

My buddies 1982 GS1100 (I think ) was clocked at 210 or 230 with his mom on the back ... He still has the news paper clip to prove it !

It was SLIGHTLY modified !

Bikes are gay.

You need HP to get in the news on a boat, not a box of rice and a half gallon of AvGas.
