Default Customer said he hit something

I think OSO should have a picture of the week on the first page showing the damage of the week and here is my choice for this week. My customer said he just hit somethig and lost steering. Note the trim rams held on and the drive is stuck in the top of the boat.

Tell Him You Think There Is A "id Ten T"problem With The Boat That Probably Caused This And It Should Be Fixed And When He Ask What That Is Have Him Spell It Out.
