M-3's, and A-4's are very very nice cars....but you have to go drive one of these.....CTS-V (cadillac) wouldnt have believed it myself until i drove one.

The Subaru SVX or Saab 2 (they are both the same things) They are a blast to drive.

i would also check out the Lincoln LS V-8. Caught a test ride on speed vision where they put it against a 5 series (i believe 540) and the drivers and editors were all over the LS. I watched them drive the tires off these cars and the LS performed incredibly...just my .02

S4 is 129hp shy of the E55 469hp. The SLK55 definitley looks like a great little car to kill yourself in, 355 hp.
