Went to lake Keowee this summer (NC/SC/GA). Really nice. It think it was 20,000 acres?? I took a 24', but could have brought the 35'+ size no problem. Check it out.

Anyone know the usuall price per acre? I may have a deal on 2 acres. 1 lot has a cabin, the other is wooded. 20'+ water but is in a channel in Martin, Ga. $160K sounds cheap./
