He may as well just pay her the money. She filed before he won so she can say that it was not because of the money. She will then say that due to her 17 years of missery with this clown she deserves the money. Plus it is not like he is not going to see a HUGE increase in his living standards anyhow and like BK said he is probably just going to be broke in a little while anyhow......

If he was going through a divorce he should have kept in on the DL..Powerball winners can remain anonymous but if you win Mega Millions you need to establish a corporation and have an atty claim the prize for you.


She should get nothing since she was leaving him on the grounds of him having no money...He's in NY so he could probably make his problem disappear for about $25k :cool:
