Did that say that the trademark that Bobby had wasn't legal? Or did I read that wrong? I thought he had a separate bussines.

That's the way I read it as well!! That story would make a great "made for TV Movie" wouldn't it.

The problem with that story is that it is a press release from Apache best I can tell so take it for what it is. You would need to read the real court documents to know what all really happened.
