Default Florida Law Executor Question???

Seeing as there are many of you are in Florida I thought someone may have experience with estates.
Is the executer of an estate, involving a living trust, REQUIRED to provide a copy of the trust to anyone named in the living trust? What if they refuse to do so? Who can you contact to find out? My ears are Flat from waiting on the phone for one department to transfer me to the next so they can pass me down the line.
THANKS for any help!!!

tempest, I am a financial planner in florida and just formed a new relationship with a new corperate trustee for my clients, if you want i will run your situation by them and let you know what they say, or I could just confrence you in and let you talk to them.

hugetime1 - If you could just run it by them that would be great! Lame excuse is it's too big to send and it's the only one I've got... you can see it when you get here. Well I'm supposed to drive 1000 miles, read the "it's too big to ship book", pick up my GrandParents old bedroom suite and be 1000 miles home in 3-4 days. All on Christmas weekend when there will be no lawyers available there. Supposedly the only time he can do it... I Know it was a pretty simple deal as he did it while alive. Trying to figure out if I should be suspicious.
If everybody got along like the OSO family......
Thank You So Much,
Don
