Hehe, no not Disney. Here is a description stolen from the net.
Living on a U.S. Military base in South Korea, having their fathers off on missions is a normal thing for J.J., Sean, Bobby, and Adrian. But when their fathers are captured by North Korean soldiers and held hostage, and the U.S. government plan falls through, the foursome, aided by their friend Max, put the plan into action themselves.

How about "Bad Boys 2". Nice chase scene with a ZX and I can't remember what else. I think it was another Proline sponsored movie. They tossed a couple off a truck too.

Re: Boats in Movies
There was a really good long boat chase up a river in an older movie called "Race for the Yankee Zephyr." Kind of a Bullitt chase scene on water. Anyone else seen that? It was a mid 1980s movie I think. Possibly starring Ken Wahl. Haven't seen it in years but this thread made me think about it. There was a good helicopter chase scene in that movie too I think.
