Robert is right, that is the best system.
In our rig we have that to attach the hose and a pull lever shut-offs (look at bottom left of the picture) to shut the external water pick-ups to rinse your engines even when your staying in saltwater overnight. All boats from Lip-Ship come with that. |

That's a neat set-up on the Cigs, but what I was talking about was where you hook the hose to the flush. On yours, you have to undo the hose to change engines, mine you just have to switch the valves. Not trying to be offensive, just making clear what I was talking about. I DO wish I could set up my raw water intale shut offs like yours, but I don't have enough room where the valves are. It was nice meeting you in KW. Robert |

That is a cool Idea. For as often as I will spend the night in SW and have the opportunity to flush the engines, I will just stick a couple pieces of waterproof duct tape over the intakes. :D :D Just gotta remember to take it off in the morning. :eek: |
