Show us your "average" boat
Look-it, we all drool over the new iron that is posted here and with good reason. Nothing is more impressive than the latest offshore boat that unlimited coin will buy. The proud owners post because we all want to drool.
BUT, how about the boats that make up the majority of the board. You know, the ones that we run when money permits and fix ourselves when it lays down on us. The boats that each owner customizes in an attempt to come close to the ideal compromise ie:money.
I have to admit, I get a little jealous when I see someone having a problem of where to spend their half-a-million in play money. I would hate to see new-comers to this sport discouraged because they can't afford the latest craze.
I put every spare nickel I have into it, thank god my wife supports it
Here's mine...

Re: Show us your "average" boat
Great shots guys, keep 'em comin'.
Beleive me, I do consider myself lucky to have a boat like mine in the driveway. It has cost me less than you might think. Just ALOT of my own hours into it.
I know that it will never be the eye candy that many of the boats we've seen on the board and that's ok. I have just found myself discouraged from time to time as this project has taken as long as it has. I know that I 'm not alone in that "boat". I want the majority of the people on the board to know that ANY boat is worthy of being here.

Re: Show us your "average" boat
I really couldn't be happier with my boat. I entertained thoughts of selling it a couple weeks ago, but there's really not another boat that I could afford that I'd want. She ain't too bad, even though she's old enough to buy cigarrettes.
