I don't get it either Troutly, but over the past couple years, I have seen at least 4 pre-release 'mules' in Reston, near Dulles Airport; including the Dodge Crossfire, Scion xB, PT Cruiser convertible, now the Mustang; all with manufacturer plates.

So they look like Mustang convertibles ... just like the fastbacks look like Mustang fastbacks .... nothing special

I think in 2 years you wont be able to swing a dead cat without
hitting one. They will be a dime a dozen and every guido with
a gold chain or chick with a 80's hairdo will own one.

Few cares look better as coups over their conv counterparts, but this is one of those cars. The fastback looks much better than the convertible.
