But wait it gets better....
The boat is currently registered in AZ. Keep registration in AZ (non-resident) and pay no sales tax or property tax.....ever. Preowned boats registered in AZ and staying in AZ pay no sales tax.
Anyone can have non resident status in AZ.....you don't need a house or even an address.
So for $179,000 you get a great boat and trailer, pay no sales tax, delivered to your home and no property tax bill at the end of the year.
