Kurt, are those bottom skegs shorter(vert. not horz.) that the other lowers, or am I seeing things??
Happy thought: When we swapped my Friends 32 Fountain from outies to innies, it not only took less trim to lift bow, but the boat was more stable at higher trim angles!! As a result, we got 5mph more (same GPS speedo) than previous owner did with no other changes.
But now you have 2 changes at once........isn't that a no-no............(forget how to get them damn smilies in here).

DAYUM! Sweet set-up Kurt. Easy on the come-on-Spring mantra. It's a looooooong way off at this point. At least that's what it feels like.
