Corrado,

I don't think he has any pics on his site still but Tres Martin did the conversion to the original canopied gladiator that ran under the YACHTS banner. If I can find some pics I will post them.

The boat that HOTDUCK is sitting in was the boat that the top was cut off of. Was Yachts International and then later became Miccousukee and then was under the SeaTow banner.

You just described my boat, exactly

The canopied Gladiator is sweet ... I hope no one cuts the top off.

I have a few pics of it during the process. I'll see if I can locate the disk.

Docking a canopied boat is no different than any other boat. When in close quarters, I use to stand up with my head out of the hatch so that I could see all the way around the boat. Even standing up, you can still easily reach the shifters and throttles to maneuver the boat anywhere you want to put it.

Here it is when Brett owned it and raced it as Miccosukee Indian Gaming. This is indeed the one that had the canopy removed.

Your boat certainly does have a pedigree, as Dhlaw describes it. Here it is when it was new, when it was Miccosukee Indian Gaming and when we had it as Lynch Mob. Yours is another boat that I would love to have back. That is another great boat for somebody that is looking!

Beautiful job rigging Brett!

What a great buy for someone wanting a ready to race boat. Clean, very very clean.

I am very interested in the driveshaft cover on the forward engine. What is it made of? Did you have a custom driveshaft made too? I am not exactly impressed with the factory shaft and cover and worry about putting more torque to it than the stock motors would deliver to it.
