Jeff - Go old school this time around. You mentioned resale in the post on power choices, if you go simple, it will be timeless so it won't matter how long you keep it and the resale would still be strong. And from the sounds of it, the boat will speak plenty on builder and power alone. Walk softly and carry a big stick brotha'
