Tim's was sold last year to a big real estate developer, but will remain open though the summer of '05. I don't think that the outside deck has never been reopened. We go to Tim's 2 just about every weekend that we are boating on the Potomac...but rarely go inside. It's all about rafting up!!! The food sucks at both of them anyway!

Yea it does suck, Sam the water cab driver was cool though. My brothers House is on the VA side in King George right on the potomac, directly across from Capt billy's and Robertsons. He just put in a 200 and some foot pier. My family has property at Cobb Island, so I will be that way much more this year.
