authenticjordans2000 ,

yep thats the house. Villa Ferarri. The house was built on spec and was just sold by the company I work for. www.majesticproperties.com. That would be a nice commission.

:D

It may be a sistership to Cover Drive. I was on that one. Built for the owner of Palmer Johnson. Nice demo!

i know he isn't selling docklines and boating accessories. geez that's gorgeous.
I few years back, we were at Roche Harbor, SanJuan Islands Washington, and in pulled Bill Gates 140 ' yacht. With all the chefs, serving folks and crew it was pretty impressive. Word from one of the crew was he has a person who's sole job is to meet them when they come into harbor and make sure the boat is moored properly. Since that time he has sold that one and bought something MUCH bigger.

He's got a serious problem if the prop. has only 100 ft. of frontage.

Re: Look what the neighbor brought home today

are you sure that they own that yacht in front of that house? Only reason I'm asking is that in about a week and a half boats start showing up to the Miami Boat Show, and this one is scheduled to be there. Like someone said in an earlier post, it could be there for the show. Also, I was boating a few weeks back and going by the freighters just south of Port Everglades on the ICW and that boat was one of many others being unloaded, so it was obviously oversees somewhere.

Anyways, it's a very attractive boat and I would love to drive that thing out Government Cut and run it in semi-rough seas to see how it is!!

Maybe it needs to be seen in person.

Either way, it is one beautiful ship.

Definitly has to be seen in person!!
