Worked in plenty of bilges BUD. Thanks but no thanks! You don't want to take me to school.

Still ain't that cool and I'm pretty sure every other motor he has built looks cool.

When the boat is running, the hatch is closed so engine looks are secondary to GPS looks.

The only thing I like about the boat is the underside of the hatch,Just me

I think they have a little work to do on the turbos on that package.Supose to be a 850 hp ?

But you have to give it to them for trying something new .The first new boat with turbos in years.

good Luck

From what I hear Plaff has a Turbo in a :D :D

Trying something new? I ran twin turbos in my boat at the shootout in 2003. when I was on my way from tan tara to shooters to register I throttled up and Shattered my #4s with straight cut 1 to 1 gears.

Nope.

I saw the motors did not need to take a pic, but then again I look at turbo motors in a boat every day.

Rik didn't say I didn't like the ASD 6s.

Was just hoping somebody would get away from the old banks kit looks. To me just looks like an EFI banks kit with flashy paint. Just want to see something custom.

I was in florida and seen the motors first hand. At the show I asked a lot of people what they thought and most people weren't impressed. I won't name names, but I'll bet you won't get them to post that here.

Anyone have a spec sheet on the engines? 850 seems VERY conservative. Not nearly to the exteme of making serious power.

I personally commend Hustler for trying something new and somewhat innovative, that hasnt been around in a few years. Last year it was the recaro seats, the year before it was the Arnesons. They have had great luck working with Rik on those projects. Ive had KE motors and are definately not impressed, to say the least, but now that Hustler is backing them a guess a warrantied total package is ok. The paint looks great, to me its a cool boat, did I say I like the Arnesons. :D  Jeff

I wasn't saying anything about the drives either. I think the engines are off in the colors they used. A silver/black combo would have looked better than they blue/red but none the less if the boat does not run any big #'s, a cool looking engine is meaningless.

I don't open the engine hatch on my Sterlings either b/c they are not that trick looking but they do RUN.
