I agree that drinking and boating don't always mix, but why is there an unlit dock on the lake? That $hit doesn't fly at LOTO. All docks MUST be lit!!

Not making excuses, but what if that dock would of been lit? Different outcome, maybe?????

Bad deal though, any way you slice it...

Sad story.

I was an expert witness in the Stan Cameron trial where the 45' Sonic hit the 31' Tiara and killed 6 people on the ICW in Ft. Lauderdale. Stan will probably never walk a free man and six families are devastated. Nobody won.
