I just finished rebuilding my magnum. It used to be a sport but now it is a starfire since I had to put a new deck on it. Magnum sold me their new anniversary edition deck and never released an anniversary edition. After a complete rebuild and regel-coat here it is

I owned a 27' Starfire it is my favorite Mag,The sport that we restored was black gel now it is white. Do you know where I can find a windsheild?

magnum 27, was your boat always set up for a single? If not what was involved (besides filling the transom) as far as reworking the stringers?

I don't have the time but I might want the project! Where is the boat located? I need to figure out how to get it to Florida cost effectively. I think I almost bought that boat in Florida some years back, if its the same one it was for sale in Riviera Beach and originally had big blocks under those big race hatches? Let me know if its the same boat.

It has been converted, first of coarse is filling in the transom, then stringers have to be added for the big block and the center stringer has to be cut down. I went ahead and boxed in the outside stringers and it looks like it came from the factory as a single. The boat is in Jacksonville right now having a custom interior fabricated but when it gets back I will post some picks of it.
