Roby,

Point taken. The obvious part is that it WAS NOT a Merc. My 2.4 EFI motor barely turns past a cylinder before it fires. The Johnrudes are notorious for grinding away before they fire. Sorry if I bashed them incorrectly.

Oh that's okay, I'm not an OMC fan. Why don't we ask mcollinstn and see what engine he thinks it is? I'm sure he will say opposite from me, :D:D

Dang, did you see the guy's feet fly up in the air on the first wave he powered thru?

Wonder how long it would have stayed afloat if it had stayed transom to the waves??? Not long is my bet.
