How Much $$ to have the Head liner replaced in a boat

I'm looking into having the head liner replace in my 280 Velocity, the 1st quote was for $700.00!
18 sq. yards of material @ $22.00 per sq. yard. $ 50.00 an hour for 4 hours to install. And this is with me getting there and pulling the old one down and getting the surface prepped for the new line to be installed!
I thought is was a LITTLE high!
What do you guys think.

sounds NUTS. I paid $175 for my jeep grand cherokee. dont know if its the same material or what, but that seems way too high.

I had a friend that did it himself with carpet, and it looked awsome when he was done
