Umbrella Policies

I've been taking with my insurance agent (Nationwide) about getting an umbrella policy. His underwriters won't write one with a boat that goes over 50 mph (52 according to my GPS, 60+ according to their weight/length/power formula). I'm sure some of you who have (much faster) boats that go over 50 mph have policies, who do you use?

Thanks - Greg

Re: Umbrella Policies

You better find one that does if you want that umbrella. Find an independent agent that can shop around for you; that speed is not out of the ordinary. Nationwide only sells their product and no one elses. Try Progressives site as well.
