Miami Show TMP1600
Here are a few pics of the new TMP1600. This engine is 598c.i. and features only the best parts available. It includes the new 3.3 liter Whipple Superchargers w/ MOAC intercooler, custom designed EFI system, a custom built SS fuel system, 5 stage custom built dry sump system, etc. This engine uses a solid roller camshaft, with custom built lifters that have a built in pressurized oil system. In a race application, it is capable of 1800+HP.

Re: Miami Show TMP1600
Thanks to all. Look for several of these on the poker run circuit. As with our 1200/1400, the life expectancy is twice that of anything on the market. We expect to get around 100 hrs out of these at 1600+.

Re: Miami Show TMP1600
Saw your engines at the Miami show, and they (and the girls) looked GREAT!
I'm sure you will avoid a lot of the doubters here if you can give us a few more details regarding the power and life of these monsters.
Can you please write here, where and under what conditions the engines produced 1600 & 1800 HP? I know these numbers were on race gas so what could we expect with 93? Would the engines need a separate EFI computer when running race and 93? Regarding the EFI, you said you have a custom system. Is this something new to the market? I know of EFI Tech, Autronics (sp?) and the Mercury MEFI's. It would be nice to know if you are able to custom tune for specific boat applications.
I think the big question here besides power is life. Why do you think your 1600 engine will live 100 hours? That would be a HUGE jump in longevity when it comes to your competitors. I don't recall if you were going to offer a warranty on the 1600's. If so, what failures would be covered and not? Also, any rebuilds included?
Thanks for taking the time to answer these questions. I'm sure they will help those of us that would love to get a pair of these poker run killers!

Re: Miami Show TMP1600
The 1600's are a race style engine. They run on 110 octane. They are solid roller, and include Jesel valve train and belt drive. The lifters are custom built and include a built in pressurized oil system. The heads are Dart Pro 1's with a custom CNC program followed by hand polishing. We use whipple 3.3 quad rotors w/ MOAC intercooler. The computer system is a Mefi4, with a custom built harness dual IAC controls, engine monitoring system and safe mode. We also have a custom built fuel system includng SS regulator. These engines will be tested in the new 36 NorTech canopy boat. We will have a built in computer system in dash that will allow us to monitor, record and adjust engine vitals as we run in real time. There will also be a satellite internet system that will allow for data transfer to our facility in real time also.
We offer a similar engine on 91 octane pump gas, that does 1200HP, and 1400 on 100 octane fuel. This engine is hydraulic roller, and makes power at 6000RPM's. We could do around 1300HP in a solid roller version of this engine.
We also offer a 1075HP that makes power at 5100RPM's, and includes a 6 month warranty.
We have been working closely with Dustin Whipple on the development of these new engines, and have had great success.
The biggest reason our engines are so reliable versus others is the valve train and engine monitoring system. Most engines fail do to a fuel problem, ie. fuel pressure, bad gas, etc. Our engine will protect itself in the event this occurs.
Feel free to call us if you would like more info, as there is alot to write.
We are happy to work with anyone interested.
Thanks,
Steve
