He didn't follow that Cap't Morgan rule. You know the commercial where the buddy gives you a piggy back ride home, stops at the drive in, checks a few chicks out, and drops you off safely, I guess you would need a football team to carry that boat.

I think you should double check to make sure the water flows through the pipes on that yard fountain prior to making an offer. The water pumps may be burnt up...
