Ours gets splashed a week from today (maiden voyage for us), and, weather permitting, the goal is to see how much fuel I can burn in a weekend. Come and get me, treehuggers! :drink:

Had the boat out at LOTO last few days in March 2004. Don't know what will happen this year. More than likely, at least by mid April. The weather at LOTO teeters in April one way or the other. I'm ready!! :D

We get the 22' Donzi out of storage April 1st but it will probably be mid April before that one or the 18' is in the water. Mid May is when the cruiser gets in the water at Erie. I'm not certain when mine is going in. Hopefully by may 1st so I can get all the bugs worked out. Right now my engine is still in pieces, my carpet isn't in and my upholstry isn't back yet :(

This is a trick question, right? Of course we can't wait to splash.
My season is end of May to end of Sept.

Ok, I noticed somethin. I am sure that these are very nice people, and that I would like them a lot.

However, having said that..... if you don't use the strap that goes under a small child's PFD, you might as well leave the PFD off. When they fall in the water their heads go right down out of the vest and there is nothing to keep the vest on. Vest floats. Baby sinks.

Babies are easier to find on top of the water. So, if you have babies on the boat, make sure that there is something holding them in the vest besides their shoulders.

Not flaming anybody.... just looking out for those little boaters. :D
