This is one of the best threads I have read in a while. Great stories, keep them coming.
I had hoped to add one or two of my own from this weekend, but of course the first weekend that the boat is ready for summer it rains. We actually had snow for the first time in recorded history just outside of Dallas / Ft Worth this morning.

My wife just about peed herself....

Get a lot of the other typical ones too...usually i can tell if people are really interested, and ill talk to them for a bit. I figure more people interested in the hobby the better. That guy with the 16' bayliner could be the guy that moves up to a go fast next year....or tows me in

I like the how much gas does it burn! I reply all of it . And when people see a boat go by and say it is a scarab and my 12 year old son says no it is a fountain then says see the beek Or when the hatch is up and people ask if it is blown And the people that ask why my boat doesn't have a middle in it.
