Getting Slapped!
Yep....
The CT legislature, in its infinite wisdom, has adopted the SAE J1970 and J2005 based noise restriction policies (effective Oct. 2005). I know the dba limits and years, but what are the actual testing specifics and procedures, per the SAE? Furthermore, what are some valid "testing errors" that one might discuss in a court of law? Thanks for the help.

Don't sweat it. They'll never get the proper testing equipment or train anyone on how to test you.
Just more democrat paperwork.
Just more democrat paperwork.

I think we could sue for discrimination or profiling as they do not bother the Harley's with straight pipes that hurt your ears as they try to make as much noise as possible so everyone looks at them
