So it did NOT break in half.

Just tore off the deck when it flipped.

Not the boat's fault at all!

I'll delete my earlier post.

LOL the whole chain up here is 5-6 ft if your lucky, grass lake is 2 feet. The chain is a nightmare altogether in the summer, im back to the illinois or kankakee river this year.

Hate it when stuff like this happens.

I hope all involved are OK.

Rumors and embelishment suck. First, it does not have 500s. Second, who knows WTF happened. And depending on what actually did happen, I think the boat is in pretty decent shape for the beating it took. I don't see an entire deck ripped off; just the back portion of the top deck which probably got ripped off my the engine hatch coming off.

well had a friend at broken oar see this guy run up and down river prob in excess of 75 fro quite a while and stop at the oar once an d a while accident happend a haipin turn on river was it rolled dont now but by the looks of it on the trailer looks like he could have bounce

Maybe it struck bottom when it rolled. 6 feet deep is not much at 75MPH.

what an idiot, hope his next boat is a pontoon with like a 30 hp outboard, maybe then he will have less of a chance of hurting someone

does sunsation glass the deck to the hull from boat on trailer it does not look like it
