Ok,

I can't wait to ear your opinions on that miraculous offer!

There is a guy here in Canada who builds the same pattern and they talked about him on the TV news... His customers are «satisfied with the product»

Any of you tried it?

I've always thought it's snake oil !

Let's hear from some folks who have tried one ... has to be one or two around here ...

Just hope they're not the same guys who rushed out to buy the
'speed wax'

I installed one of those made by another company here in the US I can't remember what it was called though and it didn't do much of anything. and when you think about it don't you think alot of big name engine builders would be running them if they were so great. why spend a couple grand on upgrades when you could make 600 HP from an HP500 for 70 bucks I realy don't think so.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. What a joke. Just how is a twirly gig hunk of sheet stainless crap going to help performance and efficiency in any way? Its going to "swirl" the air flow? And this swirling deal is going to continue to "swirl" as the air makes corners, travels through the mostly closed most of the time throttle body, the intake plennum and intake runners. The keep right on swirling as it passes the intake valves? Ya, okie dokie.
Go buy a can of super speed wax and clean your car, it will help mileage more buy allowing the body to slip thru the air easier

it probably just messes with the mass airflow calibration like most aftermarket intakes, leanes it out and results theoretically in more power and fuel efficiency, but at the cost of detonation.........

talked to a guy at SEMA last year regarding his new F150 with 5.4 3valve on display. said he was going to install a K&N air filter/intake for the show as well except K&N mentioned there "may" be a lean condition. He decided not to drive across the desert from LA with a truck with 50 miles on it with this unproven product.....

FWIW

I say grab your wallet and run away. They have been trying to market different variations of this kind of crap for as long as I can remember.
If it was good for evn 5% increase in fuel economy, it would be factory equipment on every automobile made.

Sounds like snake oil to me too!

For those of you with GMC/Chevy trucks with Vortec 4.3/5.0/5.7/7.4's if you want more power and better fuel economy you can go to;
www.cfm-tech.com I got one of his modified throttle bodies and the power is very noticeable and MPG with my '99 GMC Z-71 went from 14.7 to 17 MPG HWY after the install. Takes about 10 minutes to do. Well worth the money.
