Default Re: Hose water pressure when flushing

I also had a reversion problem, due to not enough slope in my exhaust, according to my mechanic. Engine developed a valve tick, and one cylinder had 0 compression. After valve job, installed 3 inch spacers between manifold and risers to increase the slope. Mechanic told me about a Merc service bulletin that when finished flushing @ idle, to increase engine to about 1300 rpm and then shut it down. But I never had a problem from the hose.
