Default Steamy Exhaust

I searched this subject and I think I found the answer but, .. I've got alot of steam out both sides only when cruising and on cool down for a few minutes. 50* ocean temps, 140-150 engine temps. Everything else normal. Could it be just the cooler ocean? Manifolds are center riser and I can put my hands right on them, luke warm. Thanks, it was the first time out yesterday with new engine/exhaust set-up runs great.
