I had the problem with my boat. I used Simple Green Outdoor furniture cleaner (it was the closest thing to me). It took the Mold off of all my vinyl. I didn't try it on cloth.

If it's still wet, I have used a space heater to dry it out (if it's not already dry) Again, have used diluted bleach on many boats and it worked great.

Mine has been sitting far too long also.
My cover fell apart in less than a year. Fortunately it came with a 5 year warranty. Manufacturer replaced it without question.
While waiting for the replacement (1 month) I had to use the plain old blue tarps to cover it. I knew what was going to happen, the seats had mold growing on top, the rear bench too, and the foredeck was almost black. Sure didn't take long.
Simple Green and a scrub brush took care of the seats and regular car wash cleaned the bow. The seats still have a couple stains. Will look for the Simple Green Mildew remover.

You gotta give Mr. Clean Magic Erasers a try as well. Get the ones with the blu scrubber on one side. They really are "magic".

Did some reading on Ozone Generators. EPA doesn't have much good to say about them. I'm not a big EPA fan but the info they offered raised some questions and they seem pricey.

DO they really work? Can you give some details about which one you purchased, how you used/installed, resluts--short and long term?

I'd like to be convinced.

THanks
