Sorry Price could vary figure 90.00 per sheet give or take . Weight a little bit heavier than dry plywood but once the wood gets wet it is probably tjhe same.

I stapled starboard together. I had to take one part back apart, and it does come out easier than plywood, but plenty of hold. You'd rip the vinyl before you pulled the staples.
